The Journey to Digitalization
After months of hard work, data preparation, and technical configuration, we are thrilled to announce that the ManWinWin implementation for Global Energy Storage Klang has reached its most exciting phase: Go-Live.
This project has been a rewarding journey. We spent considerable time working closely with the client to convert their existing data from traditional Excel spreadsheets into our system templates. After meticulously importing that data and fine-tuning the environment, the system is finally ready to power their daily operations.
Empowering the Team Through Hands-On Training
To ensure a smooth transition, our team visited the Global Energy Storage site to conduct a comprehensive, hands-on training session. The goal was simple: make sure every user feels confident and capable using the new system.
It was inspiring to see how quickly everyone caught up. The environment was incredibly collaborative, with the client’s team showing great enthusiasm for the new digital workflow.
